Please come along to the Annual Parish Meeting on Thursday 13 March from 7pm. This is not a Parish Council meeting, but an opportunity for members of the community to come and talk to/hear from those that represent them locally – Parish, District and County Councillors.
The evening will begin at 7pm with refreshments (tea/coffee/cake and pay bar available) and the chance to find out more about various village clubs and organisations, from displays of information that they will be providing. There will be an opportunity to chat to local Councillors and representatives from Sussex Police, Wivelsfield Primary School and the Church (amongst others), before the formal meeting which will commence at 8pm. Please click here for a copy of the agenda.
We will also be seeking feedback and ideas to inform our Neighbourhood Plan. What do you love about the Parish? What would you particularly like to see retained or protected? What do you perceive to be the weaknesses or gaps in the Parish? What could be improved? How would you like to see the community develop in the future?
If you would like to help shape the future of the Parish in the coming years, please come along and share your views.
